Terms & Conditions

A deposit is required to secure your booking. This amount is usually 25% of the Full Booking Price and should be sent as soon as possible to ensure that your booking is made. Cancellation can be made on your booking, subject to the terms in this paragraph.

  • If cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the Date of Event, your deposit will be refunded to you.
  • If cancellation is received between 7 and 30 days before the Date of Event, cancellation will be accepted although your deposit will NOT be refunded.
  • If cancellation is not received 7 or more days prior to the Date of Event, the FULL booking price is liable to be paid by the Customer or person signing above.

PureDisco is not liable whatsoever to any costs or charges made by yourself, any guest (invited or uninvited), owner of property where the Event takes place, or any other person involved, for (but not limited to) damages accidentally caused, or costs, or compensation if the entertainment requested is not appropriate for the event. You must ensure with the owner / keeper of the venue that we have satisfactory access to the premises, with a reasonable set-up time of at least 1 hour.

By signing the BookingForm, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (which can be added to at any time, within reason, and with written notice to customers with pending bookings).
